Viktor Vicanovic Viktor Vicanovic Continuing the tradition of holding parenting seminars in Nova Varos, the "Petar Mandic" Endowment, in cooperation with the "Jovan Tomic" City Library, is organizing a series of lectures on parenting this year. Parenting Seminar at Zlatar This year's lecturer is Viktor Vicanovic, a psychologist and professional associate at the Ninth Gymnasium "Mihailo Petrovic Alas". Mr. Vicanovic has achieved his 35-year professional career in the education of high school students. His additional interests are the direction of Christian psychology and finding a creative synthesis of Orthodox spirituality and psychology. He is a spiritual child of the Holy Elder Tadej Vitovnicki, to whom, as he often emphasizes, he owes much in his spiritual development and improvement. As an authentic Christian intellectual, psychologist Viktor Vicanovic demonstrates a practical combination of the centuries-old Philokalia tradition of Orthodox Christianity and the knowledge provided by contemporary psychology through his notable lectures and performances.
