Parenting Seminar
Parenting Seminar
The inaugural three-day parenting seminar, organized by the "Petar Mandic" Endowment in collaboration with partner institutions, took place in Nova Varos from August 11th to 13th, 2023.
First Parenting Seminar successfully held
The lecturer was clinical psychologist Vlajko Panovic. The lectures were conducted both in the mornings and evenings according to a predetermined schedule and timetable, which were announced on our internet presentation.
The audience for the lectures primarily consisted of young parents, predominantly women, who traditionally hold the most interest in parenting topics.
Representatives from the "Petar Mandic" Endowment participating in the seminar included Vladimir Obucina (Manager), Nikola Puric (President of the Managing Board), Oliver Subotic (Founder), and Jelenko Jadzic (Executive Board Member).
During the seminar, tokens of appreciation were bestowed upon key figures from the partner institutions with which the Endowment cooperatively organized this event: Professor Branka Rakonjac (Director of the Secondary School Nova Varos), Dana Guduric (Director of the Preschool Institution) and Milana Jelic (Director of the City Library). The Endowment takes this opportunity to express gratitude for their successful collaboration thus far.
An expression of gratitude was also extended to Ljubivoje Vranic, a retired professional photographer, who documented the entire event, thereby enabling its accessibility to a wider audience.
In the immediate future, all six lectures by Dr. Vlajko Panovic will be made available for review on the "Petar Mandic" Endowment's website. On this occasion, we present a gallery of images from the first parenting seminar organized by our institution.
