The basic asset of the Endowment is the gifted Land Registry Radoinja plot number 1890 (Nova Varos municipality), donated by Vidomir Subotic.

The purchase of plot number 1891 in Radoinja

From the sale proceeds of the book, Tesla: Duhovni lik (Tesla: The Spiritual Character), the "Petar Mandic" Endowment on 28th October 2022 bought a Land Registry plot number 1891.

The new plot borders plot number 1890, which means that the surface area where the ethno-museum is to be situated has been significantly extended.

Apart from the ethno-museum complex, the said plots will also be used to make a promenade and various children's amusements.
