The "Petar Mandic" Endowment has its own Expert Council, the composition of which is determined by the proposal of the members of the Managing Board.

Expert Council of the "Petar Mandic" Endowment

The Expert Council of the Endowment has an advisory role. The members of the Expert Council, as necessary, provide consultations in their professional field to the Managing Board or the Manager.

The Expert Council of the Endowment has 12 members, who are elected by the Managing Board from among reputable and recognised experts for a period of four years.

The Managing Board decides on the election and dismissal of members of the Expert Council by a two-thirds majority of the total number of members of the Managing Board.
